Message +61 466 986 496 for anything quick: whether your transfer has been matched, whether a flavour is back, or which of the four devices fits what you have in mind. If a chat turns into a warranty claim, we will move it to email so the video stays with your order number.

Write to orders@auvapeclub.com when the question hangs on an order number: a payment that needs checking, an address to correct, a parcel that has stopped moving or a faulty device. You can attach a clip of the fault or a screenshot of your transfer, and everything about the order stays in one thread.

When you will hear back

We reply as soon as we reach your message. Weekends and Victorian public holidays can stretch that out, though you can place an order at any hour.

Have these ready

• Your order number, which begins AVC-, for anything about an order already placed.
• The address you ordered with, if this message is coming from another inbox.
• A fault? Add a 10–20 second clip of the device in use, flavour label in shot.
• A payment question? Tell us when you paid, how much, and whose account the money left.

What we will never ask you for

Card numbers and bank details are not something we request, by email or on WhatsApp. You pay by transferring to the account your order page shows, and we will never message asking for money to go anywhere else. A message that does, and claims to come from AUVapeClub, is not from us.
