Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within Australia

Every parcel is packed in Melbourne and handed to Australia Post with tracking, addressed to anywhere in Australia. Nothing goes overseas.

From order to your door

  1. You pay by bank transfer. The dispatch clock starts when the money lands, not when you press order. A bank-to-bank transfer can sit for a business day before it lands, and PayID is usually quicker.
  2. We match the payment. A confirmation email tells you the moment it is matched.
  3. We pack and post. In most cases the parcel is on its way within 2–3 business days of that email. A business day here means Monday to Friday, leaving out Victorian public holidays.
  4. The carrier delivers. Transit is counted from dispatch, and the table below shows typical times.

Typical transit times

These are a guide, not a promise, and they count business days from dispatch.

Where it is goingBusiness days
Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia3–5
Queensland5–7
Western Australia5–10
Northern Territory, plus remote addresses wherever they are7–15

The whole network runs slower from late November through December and again around Easter week. Add a week to the times above if your order lands in either window.

What shipping costs

When your devices come to $100 or more, shipping is free. Below that it is a flat $10, the same for every state, parcel size and device count. The $100 is measured on your device total with pack pricing already applied and ahead of any discount code, so a code can never drop you under the line. Checkout shows the shipping amount before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards.

Following your parcel

Once the carrier has the parcel, the tracking number is emailed to you, and texted as well if you gave an Australian mobile number. Give it time: a freshly issued number may need up to a day before its first scan appears, and long-haul parcels can go quiet for two days or so between scans. Both are normal. If five business days pass with no movement at all, email us your order number and we will take it up with the carrier.

What the parcel looks like

A plain box or satchel. The outside carries no brand name, no product image and nothing hinting at the contents, and the return address never mentions vaping.

Signatures and missed deliveries

We do not ask for a signature unless you want one; mention it in the note box at checkout and we will organise it. When nobody can take the parcel, it usually goes to a local post office for you to pick up. Anything left uncollected comes back to us, and sending it out again means a second shipping charge.

Getting the address right

A parcel cannot be redirected once the carrier has it, so give unit numbers, street names and postcodes a second look before paying. If a wrong address sends a parcel back, the order is refunded less the shipping cost, which leaves you free to order again correctly. Spotted a slip right after paying? Email the fix straight away, because changing the label is easy while the parcel is still being packed.

If a flavour cannot be supplied

Availability on the site follows the stock counted in Melbourne, so a listed flavour should be on our shelf. If a line turns out to be unavailable, we get in touch with three options: wait for it, swap to another flavour, or take a refund for that line. We never swap a flavour without asking you first.
